A cocktail from our friends at Cantina Loco, in Buffalo.
1 oz smooth ambler greenbrier gin
1 1/2 oz fresh watermelon juice(pulp strained)
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 cucumber slice
1 dash sriracha hot sauce
Shake all ingredients and strain into a Cosmo glass with a little ice and garnish with a cucumber slice
Make it 1.5 ounces of Greenbrier gin for a bit stiffer drink.
