2 oz Greenbrier Gin
.25 oz Green Chartreuse
.25 oz St. Germaine
.5 oz celery juice
.5 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup
a dash (or 3) Bittermen’s Celery Bitters
Put all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Serve up or on the rocks with a slice of lime.
